Brushed and vacuumed flue pipe and heat exchanger Replaced oil filter, nozzle, and strainer Checked all electrical connections and safeties Performed combustion and smoke tests Bled air from all zones. When starting and testing the boiler we noticed water pooling on the ground by the base of the boiler. Upon further investigation we found a small leak is starting to develop between 2 sections of the boiler when the boiler temp is colder. Showed the customer the leak and informed them of what to do should the leak get more serious. Took pictures to work up a replacement quote.
