Performed a heating pm on an oil boiler. Brushed and vacuumed. Replaced the oil filter, nozzle and strainer. Started and checked the safeties. Performed a combustion test. 86% efficient System is operating properly. Performed an A/C pm on (2) systems. Checked the air filters. Customer replaces them. Blew out the drain line and tested the condensate pump for the first floor. Washed the condenser coils. Checked the electrical connections, pressures and temperatures. Added 10 oz R-410a to the 1st fl system and 7 oz R-410a to the 2nd floor system. Checked the fittings at the condenser, to make sure they are tight. All the joints are soldered instead of brazed. System is operating properly.
