Upon arrival units were off. Customer stated the downstairs unit had water dripping from the lineset and water pooling on the floor. Customer stated the condensate pump was attempting to pump but was not working. Checked the check valve and it was not blocked. After getting customer authorization we replaced the condensate pump. Opened the air handler and found a small amount of ice on the coil. Removed the ice and replaced the air filter. Started and tested the unit. We found the 1st floor unit was low on refrigerant. After getting customer authorization we added 1 lb 15 oz R22 to the system. Unit is working properly Went to the 2nd floor unit and found water sitting in the primary drain pan. Upon further investigation we found the primary drain line was completely clogged and the secondary drain line had a partial clog. Blew both drain lines out and poured water to test the drains. Turned unit on and checked the refrigerant levels. Unit is working properly. Replaced the air filter
