Turned the thermostat temp down and checked the system. The air filter is clean. Checked the refrigerant pressures, the system is properly charged, 14.9* subcooling. Checked the temps at the furnace and at the furthest register. At the furnace, 52*f discharge air, kitchen, 54* discharge. The humidifier bypass damper was in winter position, which can let air recirculate through the coil instead of going to the registers. The blower is a variable speed, checked the dip switch settings, it was set for 3 tons to push more air, the condenser is a 2 1/2 ton. There was 16*f between supply and return air. The system is operating properly. On hotter days, recommend putting the Fan switch from AUTO to ON position, to help circulate the air more especially on off cycles.
