Performed oil pm on oil furnace Brushed and vacuumed flue pipe and heat exchanger Replaced oil filter, nozzle, and strainer Checked all electrical connections and safeties Performed combustion and smoke tests 4.7%o2 12ppm co 0 smoke While performing the maintenance we found very high levels of sludge on the oil filter. Recommend getting sludge additive for the oil tank. Also found a flue pipe 90 for the water heater is starting to rot and fall apart.
