Customer called and said that they wanted to order a fire extinguisher and a box. I ordered them and then when they came in I called and set up the appointment to get them installed for the customer. I added the 10lb ABC and the cabinet to the location they were wanting it. I just made sure that the height and visibility were good.
Customer called and said that they needed to get a fire sprinkler inspection. I arrived and did a quick visual inspection before I started the actual annual inspection. I did the annual inspection and when finished I wrote my report. I had some recommendations that I gave to the customer for their system and explained what I had done. I also let the customer know that unless they have trouble with the system that this is an annual service and I would call to schedule the next appointment about 2 weeks before the appointment.
