Response from Fire Protection Team:
Thank you for your kind words, Nicole! We appreciate your business and are committed to providing excellent service to all of our customers.
This rating is based on FPT failing to properly TAG all extinguishers and update the inspection date. Also several of the emergency lighting was not working within three weeks of their visit. Resulting in a conditional approval by the local Fire Marshall. As a non-profit agency serving adults with serious mental illness in a residential setting - it disturbs me that FPR would provide such poor service.
Sage arrived quickly and took care of our emergency very quickly and professionally
Response from Fire Protection Team:
We are happy that you trusted FPT with your emergency situation, and that we were able to fix the air leak for you.

I checked all the fire extinguishers in the office and made sure they were in good working condition. I found one that needed a new maintenance tag and another that had a low pressure reading. I replaced the low pressure one and recharged the other one. I made sure all the extinguishers were easily accessible and properly mounted. I updated the maintenance records and told the office manager about the work I did. I also recommended that they do regular monthly checks to make sure the extinguishers are still in good shape.
Monitoring Installation Alarm Monitoring Installation Garage Notifier NFW-100: Demo the existing DMP cellular controller. Disable the onboard Notifier NFW-100 communicator. Remove wires leading to the DMP and those installed on the Notifier NFW-100 onboard communicator. Install a new Starlink Cellular/IP monitoring controller near the Notifier NFW-100 fire alarm control panel. The customer will provide an active LAN/IP drop to connect to our Starlink panel. The Starlink panel is to be programmed to pick up alarm, trouble, and supervisory relay contacts ONLY from the existing Notifier NFW-100 fire alarm control panel in the electric room in the parking garage and communicate primarily via LAN/IP. Cell signal has been proven to be weak in this area. Assess the radio dB strength and deploy cellular if stable. This is not a contact ID protocol.
I was called to a job where the air compressor was running loudly. I arrived and found that the compressor was not properly installed and was vibrating excessively. I adjusted the mounting brackets and secured the compressor to the floor to reduce the vibration. After that, I tested the compressor to ensure it was running properly.
