Was over 90 minutes late and didn't call to say that he was running very late. On top of it he had the code and didn't need to waste our guys time. Very upsetting.

appointment was kept in spite of FPT staffing issue. Much appreciated. Technicians found problem quickly and suggested we contact FPT if problem is not resolved with this visit.
Replaced globe dry valve with new tyco dry valve
Customer had air compressor running non stop on pre action system
Service work- Electrical to wire in new air compressor and test function
Install new relief , #2 rubbers and retest
