Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. His work was done in a very professional manner. Not happy with short notice given on scheduling. I’d rather have two or three days advance notice of site visit so that we can better plan for it.

Arrived early, so inspection could begin on time. We went through all three of our buildings and was very accommodating, by allowing extinguishers to be brought to him from zones where we are trying to limit general public for COVID-19 concerns. Report sent minutes after inspection, so we could have it on file for the Fire Marshall. Very please with service and efficiency!
