Terry did an excellent job for us. He arrived at the at the set time, was polite and friendly and completed the required work in a timely manner. He also took the time to be sure we understood and new how to operate our new tv remotes by demonstrating them and allowing us to practice. Answered all our questions. Excellent job thank you.
