The tech that came out to look at an intermittent service issue, quickly found the problem and fixed the issue. He was very professional and thorough, and ensure everything was working properly before he left.
This service visit was accomplished by a very competent technician and his assistant. It was a pleasant surprise!! Serviceman, Steve, is a very personable & experienced employee and should be considered as a valuable asset to the Company.
The install was very professional, there are two questions that I have. They are as follows, I would like to get R.F.D. TV and the Velocity channel. What do I need to do to receive these channels?
Encountered cable modem service problem so I called technical support. Was put on hold for 30 minutes at which point I was cut off and told that there were technical problems and I would have to call back later. I went through this multiple times. I even tried to speak to a supervisor or manager and was put back in the same queue with the same result i.e. cut off with no ability to speak to anyone. This has happened before as well a few months ago. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
Installer was professional and courteous. However, would not take a puppy as payment for service.
