Adam arrived earlier than expected, but he did call and check. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He and I were both determined to satisfy me, we brainstormed and arrived at a solution that I wanted for several years. Thanks Adam, I'll probably stay with SE for a few more years. Thanks Again ps I think that "Trip Charges are Ridiculous" If a customer is paying over $200 a month Trip for service should be included.
