Ernie was great and made the instillation process so stress free. He was here on Christmas Eve, taking time away from his family and took the time to explain how to use my new router and how to change the password if I needed to. Super happy I went with service electric!

Jason came to the house and explained his plan for switching over 5 boxes (2 TiVo), cable and internet. It looked like a 2 hour job until he hit the basement and found cables and splits everywhere. Long story short, he was able to get a strong signal throughout the entire house and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. He worked in a timely fashion and was very professional. Not only did he give a quick tutorial, he took the time to explain the remote and channels to my 87 year old mother as well. Great job Jason!!!
