We had long term problems with signal quality on certain channels random days and times for years. Call in service help reset our TV many times. We exchanged our DVR box. Service techs came to the twice. Finally after we told Service Electric that the problem wasn’t with our equipment they found a bad board at the box serving our street and that fixed the issue after years of frustration and loss of service we paid for. We were not charged for the service and the techs were pleasant and friendly.
