This would be the fourth visit from a technician to try to solve our one problem, Kurtis was a complete gentleman responded to all the questions and the situation He had to climb up into an extremely small space and an extremely hot attic that hasn’t had air conditioning in well over a week He was very positive. He never complained, even when he got all the way in the hole and found out that it was the wrong size. He simply ordered another one and waited here and then put it in. He literally saved the day and my spirits because he was so kind and understanding. I would rate him as a five star technician.
