Jhon was knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing because I had a lot of questions. He spent a lot of time explaining to me about the pilot light in my gas fireplace and also about my gas heating system. I had questions, because I moved in to my condo about a year ago. He was excellent and he is the one I would like to service my system going forward. He is an asset to the company.
