Came to a customer’s home today to perform a full water quality check after she was concerned that a “backflow bypass valve” might be redirecting sewer water into her household water lines. I inspected the plumbing system and confirmed there was no cross-connection, bypass valve, or backflow issue sending wastewater into the home’s potable water supply.
