Customer called due to a repeatedly clogged toilet that would not clear with standard plunging. Technician arrived and inspected the toilet and drain. Toilet was pulled and blockage was found in the toilet outlet/drain opening. Obstruction was removed and drain was thoroughly cleared. Toilet flange and wax ring were inspected, new wax ring installed, and toilet was reset and properly secured. Toilet was tested multiple times to confirm proper flushing and drainage with no leaks present. Work area cleaned and job completed successfully.
