At a customer’s home today to resolve an issue with their tankless water heater. The TMP (temperature and pressure relief) line had been incorrectly routed into a condensing pump. We redirected the TMP line to its own independent drain and safely routed it to the exterior of the home. System now meets code and operates properly.
