Customer called due to multiple drains backing up in the home. Upon arrival, performed a full inspection and confirmed a blockage in the main sewer line. Accessed the main cleanout and used a professional sewer auger to break through and remove the obstruction. Ran water through all fixtures to verify proper flow and ensure the line was clear. Educated the customer on preventative maintenance and recommended future line inspections if issues persist. Main sewer line is now flowing properly with no further backups.
