Responded to a service call for fluctuating hot water and hot water not lasting. Arrived at the customer’s home to diagnose an electric tankless water heater that was failing to maintain consistent temperature and could not keep up with household demand. After a full evaluation, we explained the limitations of the existing electric tankless system and recommended replacing it with a 50-gallon tall electric water heater for more reliable performance, longer hot water supply, and improved comfort. Reviewed replacement options, installation requirements, and next steps with the customer.
