Got a call about a toilet leaking from the bottom. After arriving, I pulled the toilet and discovered the real issue was a backup in the line. I camera-inspected the drain and then augered the line, which led to finding that the septic tank was completely full. Located the septic tank and confirmed it needed to be pumped. Recommended a full septic pump-out and got the customer flowing for the night.
