Checked in to address an active roof leak caused by a failed vent boot and deteriorated vent pipe. Removed the damaged roof boot and inspected the vent penetration for cracks and weather damage. Installed a new properly sized roof vent boot, replaced the compromised section of vent pipe, and sealed all flashing to ensure a watertight connection. Final inspection confirmed no leaks and proper venting through the roof. Home is now protected from moisture intrusion and future roof leaks.
