Rickey was awesome to work with. The repair could have cost us significantly more and require us to cut through a wall two days before guests arrive, but he really went the extra mile to make sure we had a functioning shower that was ready to welcome guests and that was in our price range.

Joe did a thorough plumbing inspection on the home and gave some great advice throughout. He gave cost effective solutions. I do think Power Pro’s quotes for running a small water line to a fridge was way too pricey at $3.5-4k but I was able to get other items fixed.

We have used Power Pro Plumbing since we moved into our current home and all the service techs have been very professional and completed the job requests to our satisfaction. However, I must say that Rickey, our latest rep, not only met expectations, but exceeded them. Not only was he professional he was personable and listened to my questions and concerns. I typically don't sign up for annual service plans but Rickey was convincing and gave us peace of mind that the program has value. My only concern was the quote for one of the projects, but I wouldn't put that complaint on the technician.

I just had the pleasure of meeting an amazing plumber by the name of Rickey Bates. Right from the introduction I knew I was in great hands. He did all of his test on my water regulator and told me it was working fine and that I didn’t need to change it out at this time. I appreciated his honesty and ability to not sell me something I didn’t need. He also was able to let me know that my shower head in my master bedroom was making sounds due to it working all of the gunk and dirt through the lines due to the water being shut off the day before. He educated me on the practical and science behind why the shower head was doing what it was doing, which I appreciated. All in all it was a great experience and would recommend Rickey and power pro plumbing to all my family and friends
