For starters, Bobby and Jackson…awesome! Courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. If necessary, I’d definitely have them over to the house a second time. Great guys!! That stated, the female I spoke with when scheduling the service stated “first call” (of the morning) appointments were 8AM. Great! As I needed to leave for work shortly after 9AM. I was called this morning (8/19/21) at 8:05 and informed the techs would be there “within the hour”. Bobby and Jackson arrived mere minutes before 9…at 8:56AM. I do NOT believe (nor do I think they could honestly admit) they were able to thoroughly complete their service, that I still had to pay $95 for. I’d hope another service would be provided at no cost just so THEY could complete what they were tasked to. Appointment setters, in the future, PLEASE more accurately inform possible clients of the ACTUALS: -what’s the actual schedule -when techs will actually be there -what the actual service fee is None of these were…provided with... the accuracy to necessary to make a better scheduling decision as to time and expectations. And all parties involved ultimately suffered for it.
