Arrived on 7/6/23- Arrived to convert Southbend oven from Natural gas to LP. Work order says conversion kit is inside the oven. It is not. Spoke to manager Latifa. She said she doesn’t know where it is. She contacted Dorrine. She said she doesn’t know where it is and if it’s not in the oven then she doesn’t know. Spoke to maintenance John and he said to ask Dorrine. Spoke to Andrew at shop. He contacted Ted Dorn who contacted the installer, Mike. Mike said he didn’t leave a kit on the oven. We must obitain a conversion kit and return. Checking the orifice sizes on the oven now and the data tag says this is a propane oven. Spoke to Andy and he said it needs to be converted to Natural gas not propane. We will drill out the offices for Natural gas when we return. We need to obtain a natural gas valve and return. Andy says there is one on the way. Will return. Returned on - Arrived to convert Southbend C/O from LP to Nat. Drilled out orifices to # 47. Changed the gas valve spring from LP
Arrived at location on 8/1/22 - Spoke with Bill about issue. Tested dishwasher and works well. Just leaks steam from the door. The tub gasket on the door need replacement to stop leaking steam. Called Jackson for part number. Will order the part and return to location. Door tub gaskets that are in place now look to be glued into place. Returned to location on 8/4/22 - Removed gasket from dishwasher and replaced with a new one. Previous was glued in so I had to scrape and clean out were the gasket goes into place. Door opens and closes good and has a good seal on it now. Unit is in service.
The top and bottom Steamer compartments are flooding. Looked at the probes. They are corroded. Changed out both with new. Turned on. Filled to hi probe and water shut off. Heated to steam. Ran steamer for 1 hour. Did not flood. Back in service.
Unit was calling for heat. Limit closed. Had 24v to module and pilot valve. No spark at module. Bad module. Will obtain & return. 2/21/17 Found unit off and cool. Unit not in a vacuum. Needs to be vented. Moisture in electrical compartment. Module wet. Wiped out moisture. Steam from steamers getting into compartment through electrical connectors. Sealed up with silicon. Replace module. Heated unit then bled. Filled with cold water. Unit cooled down & pulled vacuum.
