Found Reach-In Cooler evaporator cover off when I arrived, Reinstalled cover and unit came down to temperature and cycled off several times, Also found door alarm on controller, customer wanted me to bypass alarm rather than order any parts so I by passed it and unit is working properly
No one at location and my phone had no signal to call customer. Kitchen door was open. I went inside the kitchen. checked if someone is inside. found nobody. Reach-In Cooler unit was unplugged upon arrival. checked found door crooked. I adjusted top hinge. Also gasket is in good conditions but it was not sealed properly. I heated gasket made sure door sealed properly. turned unit on. waited for a while.
Checked unit, found screen missing from pilot adjusting screw on left oven safety, had to reconnect gas line to unit before could check, noticed that Customer only has 1/2" residential gas hose feeding unit, this is way too small, also there is no regulator on unit, advised Customer to get these items changed, unit will work a lot better
