Arrived at location on 1/31/23 - Customer reporting issues with their commercial kitchen equipment. Inspected the unit and found that there was a wire burnt off one switch. New part was already available on van. After replacement approval by customer, new installation was completed and the unit was tested for proper operation.
Arrived at location on 7/7/22 - Checked over unit for temperatures jumping all the way up to max set point. Found that the temperature controller had oil buildup underneath the cover. Tromped cover and seal and cleaned up entire controller. Reassembled and verified unit was not having any interference anymore. Set temperature to match left unit5 and proceeded to watch until at temperature. All checked good at this time.
Arrived at location on 4/18/22 - Arrived on site and spoke to manager on duty. Customer explained that one of the employees sprayed water on a unit and it hasn’t worked since. Found unit was it getting power but the outlet had voltage. Checked for continuity across each leg and it was good. Checked plug to ground and it was OK. Replaced plug and found that one off was getting voltage now but motor was off. I replaced capacitor in the unit heated up. I watched you to heat up in cycle off on temp. Unit is working at this time.
TRU Reach-In Cooler Unit was at 48 ° found thermostat was turned up to #1 unit was not calling. Adjusted thermostat and system is dropping down in temp. Cleaned evap coils with brush. Waited for unit to satisfy 2 x and it is operating properly at this time.
Found under counter refrigerator running but not holding temp. Found temp at 59°.. Checked pressures and seen it was a bit low. Added refrigerant and unit started coming down in temp immediately. reached set point of 33° and cut out, cut in at 41°. checked for refrigerant leaks and found suction schraeder port leaking by, schraeder was loose. tightened and is not leaking now. observed it cycle 3 times and everything is running fine at this time.
Found Walk-In Freezer L1 fuse blown in the disconnect so the compressor wouldn't run. I ohmed out the circuit and checked wiring but didn't see any signs of a short. I replaced the fuse and checked amp draw and the compressor was only drawing 11.2 amps and is rated for 12.8. The fuse was a 20 amp and I do not know what caused it to blow but I left spare fuses in the electrical panel. I cleared ice from the evaporator fan shrouds and noticed the motor mounts for the left motor had broken through the front of the evaporator. I used fender washers to secure the mount, but the motor and blade need to be replaced because they wobble which is what caused the mount to break through. The freezer is now cold again. I will order the motor and blade.
Found Undercounter Freezer unit at 24 degrees when I arrived, Found unit unplugged, Plugged unit in and came on , Also found plastic wrap blocking air vents around evaporator causing no air flow, Also unit is stuffed with too much product causing no airflow, I emptied unit and let run and it got down to 15 degrees, I showed manager and he agreed there is too much product in unit and said he will take care of it, unit is working properly at this time
Found right t-stat broke off of Warming Table, will order. 5-16-19 Installed t-stat. brought up to temp, tested okay.
Found piece of tray broke off & was stuck in ball valve. Removed obstruction. Will order bottom rack for vat 1 & 2 & return. 11-14-17 Dropping off racks.
I re bolted left side of bin door and caulked seal. Bin is bowing out in the middle. I can not guarantee bolt will hold due to condition of bin. **mileage and travel on work order #139251
