Found Walk-In Freezer L1 fuse blown in the disconnect so the compressor wouldn't run. I ohmed out the circuit and checked wiring but didn't see any signs of a short. I replaced the fuse and checked amp draw and the compressor was only drawing 11.2 amps and is rated for 12.8. The fuse was a 20 amp and I do not know what caused it to blow but I left spare fuses in the electrical panel. I cleared ice from the evaporator fan shrouds and noticed the motor mounts for the left motor had broken through the front of the evaporator. I used fender washers to secure the mount, but the motor and blade need to be replaced because they wobble which is what caused the mount to break through. The freezer is now cold again. I will order the motor and blade.
