Examined Combi Oven. Found Service 34 - 14 top motor. Found 119vac to motor, green indicator light on motor stops running. Pushed USB cable in, cable locked in place. Motor started running. Let fully heat and cycle. Started and stopped unit every time it did not stop again. Cable was loose. If problem happens again may be I/O board. Customer will use and advise.
