at one time you only charge once for service call for the same job now you charge for every time you come back so when they come than have to order parts than we get another charge than if that doses work than we get another charge

Very high priced, seldom has the parts which results in revisits that cost additional mileage and time. Do come quickly when called, have had revisits for repeat work in the past they refuse to take responsibility for but with all that said they are better than the alternatives in the area,.

Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair: Upon noticing difficulty in closing the door of a walk-in freezer, I adjusted the door closer mechanism. This repair ensures proper sealing and energy efficiency.
Commercial Heat Lamp Bulb Replacement. Responding to a restaurant's heat lamp with a burned-out bulb, I replaced it with care. This crucial replacement allows the heat lamp to function with uniform efficiency, preserving the warmth of plated dishes.
Repair of an espresso machine. Coffee leaking from the filter holder and front of the machine. Found damage to the filter basket. Replaced the part and the machine is no longer leaking.
Arrived at location on 11/1/21 - Found unit running at 34 degrees on arrival. Spoke to customer and they said alarm keeps going off and it is taking cooler a long time to make temperature. Checked operations and found cooler was low on charge added 2 lbs 404a adjusted thermostat running 34 to 38 degrees. Leak checked unit could not find any leaks at this time. Cooler is working ok now.
Found Ice Machine unit off. Checked codes long harvest and long harvest retrying. Ran machine and saw during harvest ice is hanging up on plate especially in the back. Checked and found grid has come loose in the back of plate. There is no fix for this except new ice plate or new machine and with the cost of ice plate and labor and misc parts it is more cost effective to replace the ice head. Will quote new head. Made some adjustments to thickness probe and cleaned off water dam. ice does drop but in two batches front and back this may not last long.
found Convection Oven unit idle, disconnected power and turned off gas before removing service panels. accessed components to check voltage. gas valve measured 24volts and amp draw on ignitor is 3A. no gas leak was found from any connection on line. checked gas pressure when running and measured 4.5wc. adjusted gas pressure to 3.5wc to match what the data tag had called for. tested unit several times and is running properly. ran all units on the same gas line and pressure stayed the same at 3.5wc. unit is running okay.
Found Reach-In Cooler on and temp display reading 30 degrees. Removed panels and found evaporator coil froze up. Checked ohm readings on probes and found they are off. Will order new control kit. 10/30/19 Pulled cooler outside to de-ice. Removed faulty controls and installed new controls. Put unit back together and programmed new controller and tested okay. Pushed cooler back onto serving line.
Found Reach-In Cooler unit on and running box temp at 96 degrees. Found system to have no charge in it. Charged with nitrogen and leak checked. Found 3 different leaks on evap coil. Fixed two leaks and created two more small leaks from heat of torches copper on evap coil is too far gone to be fixed. Will need new coil and filter drier. Pulled vacuum and charged unit with factory charge. Box temp is coming down but no telling how long charge will last.
Found Dishwasher wash element to be shorted to ground. Checked wires down to element, okay, will order parts needed. 1-9-19 Removed faulty wash element and installed new wash element and gasket, also installed new plug above element. Filled machine and ran, tested amp draw on element, okay. Both wash and prewash pumps sound very bad, found them to be going backwards, switched wires so they are going in correct direction, pumps are much quieter now and have more pressure. Found rinse tank element bowed up out of tank, adjusted the best I could - still out a bit, recommend new element. Drain valve for rinse tank is buzzing loudly, also recommended new drain valve. Ran and tested temps, all okay.
Replaced faulty control box on Kettle. Found terminal pins on wire harness plug corroded. Cleaned pins off best I could. Plugged into control and tested unit. Let unit heat and checked amp draw from elements, pulling 24 amps. Let unit heat water to rolling boil and vented to pull vacuum. Unit cycling normally at this time.
Customer stated Frozen Drink Machine unit still keeps coming out of calibration. Unable to reach multiplex to discuss issue. Will call Monday to figure out problem. Recalibrated, made a few drinks and working ok. Did notice the two blender containers have an 8oz difference in weight. Unsure if this may be a problem. Someone will be in touch Monday. 11/27/2018 Went through checklist given by tech at multiplex of areas that will effect calibration. Removed scale pad, scale plate, scale ring, scale beam. Made sure no obstructions and all fitting properly. Unable to get empty scale weight down to below 11.8 no matter how many times calibrated. Tech says issue May be touch screen. Made multiple drinks and all seem okay. Found 2 different blender containers have a substantial weight difference and this may be why keeps coming out of calibration. Told customer to only use lighter container and see if it helps. If issue persists may need to replace touch screen. Unit okay at this time
Installed new thickness probe and set ice thickness on ice machine, okay. Found pusher not working but ice is still harvesting at this time, will order new pusher solenoid. (No Travel+Miles.) 06-01-18 Removed harvest solenoid and installed new Harvest Assist Kit. Tested operation OK. (No Travel+Miles.)

FRYMASTER-ELECTRIC FRYER Tech - Informed unit not filtering on arrival. Used screwdriver to loosen gears of pump. Drained unit and tested. Motor and/or pump is weak. Is filtering, but slow on oil transfer, but air transfer is fine. Quoted pump and motor prior. Will quote again, and O-rings.
