Arrived at location on 5/19/22 - Checked unit found 5 of 5 top burner pilots low or off. Adjusted them to proper height and tested by turning burners on. Unit is working properly job complete.

1/6/21 Arrived on site and checked in with MOD. customer complained ATO Reach-In Cooler evaporator fans not working. spoke to tech support and checked control perimeters. checked voltage to fans and found both fan motors are bad. recommend replacing motors. 1/11/21 Arrived and ok to do repair. Removed the fan cover and removed the 2 fans . Installed new fans in place . Power on and fans are not coming on . Checked for power and have loss of power . Checked over and found the wire harness had a bad connector and had to cut it out and wire nut the wires together . Still have the voltage problem. Checked all wires and tech support several times and was able to find the controller is bad and not sending the full voltage out to fans. Got part # and price from Steve in hrb parts. Called Brian the owner and he said to order repair the unit. Not in service. 1/18/21 Arrived on site and checked in with MOD, returned to remove and replace temp controller. ran and tested also found door rig

Checked DEL BIC unit upon arrival, found door stuck in up position removed front panel and found all springs off rinse cap. found 2 of 3 springs broke. was able to make them work by making new hooks to temporarily attach them from rinse cap to rods. put front panel back on and door units blender slide went up and unit went into zone 2 cleaning waited for customer to complete it. once complete unit still showed zone 2 cleaning talked to tech support had me clear it out. once back to main screen unit displayed red wrench. while on phone with tech support asked about it he said unit is soon due for tune up. will order new springs and return. 1/4/2021 Replaced left side blender assembly springs. tested, sys ops okay.

removed old filter system and installed New on Cleveland Steamer. tested steamer with both cab. running. no issues. no leaks. unit is operational, job complete.

Found left blender motor bad. will order and return. 8/14/2020 Replaced motor, left old shaft with customer as it was just replaced. tested, system operation okay.

Found the Reach-In Cooler unit on and working. Maintenance said to go ahead and check it out. Found wiring going to the compressor hard and broken insulation. Replaced the wire with sj cord. Also found the condensate removal pan not working and leaking. Need one DXT125000 condensate removal pan. 7/27/20 Return to replace evap element assembly. Removed old one and installed new element assembly. and tested it. Element is pulling 1.67amp.

arrived on site to check right Carter Hoffmann holding cabinet. (from the front, right unit) checked and found high limit tripped. reset high limit. found cooling fan extremely dirty. cleaned for now, but should be replaced. checked operation. unit now heating. heated to set point of 150° and cycled off. display reading 152°. cabinet cycled back on at 148°. cabinet heating and blower operational. cabinet in service. 1/17/2020 arrived at location with part, put in new cooling fan in unit, cooling fan is running, unit heats in service

checked Warming Cabinet unit, pulled cover off fill solenoid and had 120v but no water out. had water in. tested coil not pulling screw driver up. will order part and return. unit is operational but requires parts. explained they can fill manually for now. 8-6-19 removed and replaced water solenoid. emptied water reservoir. tested. unit filled and is heating. good to go

checked top Convection Oven unit, pilot lit but never proofed flame. spark kept sparking. pulled burner assembly and found pilot rusted and corroded. cleaned pilot hood and electrode. put back together and pilot lit was slow to proof flame and burners came on. unit is operational but requires parts. will obtain and return. 5/29/19 removed burner assembly and pilot, replaced pilot with new. put unit back together except front kick panel. turned unit on pilot lit and proofed flame main burner came on. unit heated to set point and cycled. unit operational. job complete.

Checked Convection Oven unit limit closed called mfg spoke to Jeff d I''d if contactor not pulling in two orange leads won''t tell computer to heat. checked voltage at contact coil no dc current present. dc power supply is good. not getting voltage from relay board. controller is calling for heat spending current to relay board. relay board not sending current to dc power supply. will obtain part and return. unit down needs part. blogger. 6/12/18 installed new board and tested unit came on and preheated to set temp and cycled found burnt diodes on old board. unit went into cycle unit is operational job complete.

Customer had replaced the thermocouple, unit needs new ts11 head. Pilot out only. Only had pilot in - out on truck. Will obtain and return. 2/27/18 Returned and replaced safety head, lit pilot, pilot stays lit, main burner comes on, unit in use.
