Locate and raise casing with 6" steel. Install a new well cap, pitless adapter and fittings required for the raising. Remove existing pump and tank. Replace with a Grundfos SQE constant pressure system: SQE 1HP pump, CU301 digital variable frequency controller, stainless steel manifold and a Well Extrol 102 pneumatic well tank. With the exception of the fittings line item all prices are not to exceed values. We are assuming a pump set depth no greater then 150' and an excavation that does not exceed 4' in depth. In the event these variable change we will seek approval for any ADDITIONAL COSTS. Well pipe is not included.
