I was called to a home in the middle of summer to perform maintenance on a 5-year-old Lennox split system. The customer had noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling the house as well as it should be, and they suspected that the system needed maintenance. Upon arrival, I inspected the unit and found that the condenser coil was dirty and clogged with debris. I cleaned the coil thoroughly, using a specialized cleaning solution and a brush. I also checked the refrigerant levels and found that they were low, so I added more refrigerant to the system. After completing the maintenance, I tested the unit to ensure that it was cooling properly. The customer was pleased with the results, and I explained to them how to maintain the unit in the future to prevent future problems. Overall, the job was successful, and the customer was happy with the results. I was able to provide them with a reliable and efficient cooling system for the summer.
