I was called to a home in Tucson, Arizona, to service a Lennox package unit. The unit was five years old and had been having issues with cooling. I arrived at the home and performed a thorough inspection of the unit. I found that the evaporator coil was dirty and needed to be cleaned. I also found that the condenser coil was also dirty and needed to be cleaned. I cleaned the coils and replaced the air filter. I also checked the refrigerant levels and found that they were low. I added more refrigerant and tested the unit to ensure that it was working properly. The customer was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
