After a long and frustrating ordeal, we think James Gray finally has fixed our AC. His persistence and honesty is the only reason we were able to hang in there a long, long time. Your schedulers are a night mare to work (? Hardly) with. They are not reliable or sensitive to the customer. A better system might be to allow each field supervisor to schedule their techs. This would allow accountability! James is outstanding. Resolution to some field problems can be elusive; without James we would have gone to a different company!
