I was called to a home in Tucson, Arizona, to service a rheem gas system. The customer had noticed a strange smell coming from the furnace and called for service. Upon arrival, I found that the furnace was not producing any heat. I checked the gas pressure and found that it was low. I then checked the gas line and found that it was leaking. I repaired the leak and then tested the furnace to make sure it was working properly. The customer was happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
