Hector our tech was very good he explained everything in detail did a thorough cleaning and maintenance of the system and left me feeling safe my ac will be in good order. Also He for was one of the most polite servicemen I have ever had at my house. All in all I am extremely happy and will continue using Alaskan air for my heating and cooling needs.
