Blower motor controller has perfect readings and blower motor is operating at 5 amps which is within range of manufacturer specs. Voltage absorption system has optimal readings, the compressor and fan are operating perfectly and the voltage distribution system looks great! I chemically washed the condenser coil and applied rust proof waxing. Strongly recommend surge protection to protect units from lightning strikes and power surges. Did a quick check on basement condenser's electrical components for customer and found the voltage absorption system running weak out of manufacturer specs. System operating at this time.
