Two systems A/C preventative maintenance check complete. Changed filters. Added chlorine tablets to condensate pump. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found main level capacitor weak. Found main level contactor worn and noisy. Recommend repairs. Recommend in line water safety to protect furnaces from potential water damage. Recommend hard start kit for main level unit. Chemically washed condenser coils. Replaced the main level capacitor and the main electrical switch. Installed hard start kit in main level system. The systems are cooling at this time.
