Ac portion of both systems operation is normal other than the upstairs ac is missing service caps for refrigerant service ports and both ac systems need maintenance as the outdoor coils are dirty. Discovered upstairs furnace with dirty blower wheel, weak and leaking blower motor controller and dirty ductwork. Main level furnace which is located in the basement also has a dirty blower wheel, weak blower motor controller and dirty ductwork, but also has a very worn ignition system. Both upstairs and main level furnace are 19 years old. Typical life span is 10-15 years. Due to age and condition of furnaces, replacement is highly recommended.
