Renew 3 comfort club membership plans. Complete 3 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Change filters, check the drains and clean a/c coils. Replace both upstairs and downstairs cooling system capacitor under manufacturer warranty. Install 3 starter kit. All 3 cooling system operating at this time. Find upstairs disconnect box have worn terminal and need to keep a check on breaker at the outdoor system. May need to replace next spring visit.
