Renew 3 comfort club memberships. Complete 3 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Change all 3 filters, check system safety and operations. Find upstairs furnace operating with a high co of 104ppm and weak flame sensor. Find the main level furnace over-fire and weak flame sensor. Find the basement system condensation pump fail and water-filled drain pan. Complete combustion calibration for both furnace and replace both flame sensor. Replace the basement condensation pump and wire up for safety. Remove water and clean drain and flushed drain line. All 3 system operating at this time. Give customer estimates for air purifier system.
