System is cooling, customer just wanted check up. System is a 2.5 ton heatpump system which requires 1000 cfm of air on both the return side and supply side. The return has enough ductwork to pull only 960 cfm of air and the supply only has enough ductwork to supply 760 cfm of air. Recommend adding more ductwork to properly balance air to get full performance of system. Blower motor capacitor is running weak. Evaporater coil is very rusty and likely to leak. Mold is present inside the air handler. Disconnect pull out was damaged due to power surge and cannot run until it is replaced. Customer is going to replace it himself.
