Need to install condensate pump to remove water more effectively from crawlspace. Armour flex missing in sections of refrigerant lines. Indoor coil dirty and needs to be cleaned. System would greatly benefit from compressor saver hard start kit to reduce stress on compressor and reduce energy consumption on start up which will extend the life of the system.
