Completed diagnostic. Found upstairs system with clogged drain line and no water safety attached. Cleared drain line. Changed customer provided filter. Evap coil is very rusted and corrosive and currently leaking r22 Freon. Blower wheel is very dirty which decreases the air flow in the house. Run capacitor is very weak and will cause extra stress on the motor which will make it fail prematurely. System has concerning amounts of mold inside and around the system in attic. Outdoor system has low pressures due to leaking in evap coil. Fan motor is good. Compressor is over heating running on higher amps than rated for. Capacitor in outdoor unit is also weak. Trane does not make the evap coil in system anymore and there is no replacement available. System needs to be replaced to fix all problems listed.
