Heating maintenance in Braselton, Georgia. Two systems. Changed filters.tested mechanical and electrical components. Breaker for downstairs heat pump failed. Replaced downstairs heat pump breaker. All other components in good shape. Recommend installing hard start kits in system to reduce load on compressors so they start smoother, runs smoother and therefore last longer. Recommend surge protection to protect equipment from power surges. Recommend pureairx air purifiers to kill mold, bacteria, germs and viruses for improved air quality. Systems are heating at this time.
