Complete 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. the furnace is very dirty with the dirty blower wheel. The combustion is good but air quality is poor. All electrical components are good. The blower wheel needs to be cleaned and the system needs an inline float switch attached to provide water safety to the furnace as well as extra protection for the house. The system also needs a better filter to get rid of more dust that the current filter is not catching. The system also needs Purex air purifier to kill any bacteria allergens or odors in the house that could cause harm to residents.
