No heat. Check and find trane exhaust combustion assembly motor badly rusted and damage due to water. Test and find vent pipe not run properly and cause block. Need to reun flue pipe outside house above roof line to meet code and safety code. Need to replace inducer assembly. Find heat exchanger rusted. Suggest customer to upgrade system and not repair. Give customer estimate for 3 options. Repair heating system but still not reliable. Replace heating with standard system or 2 stage heating system. Will follow up with customer. System off at this time. Customer will fix vent pipe problem.
