Performed 3 System Maintenance. Basement system is in great condition. MainFloor and upstairs furnace are both 16 years old. They are currently heating. Due to age and condition the homeowner is aware they can break at anytime. Water pad for the MainFloor was replaced and a blower motor capacitor was replaced for the upstairs furnace. Homeowner would like a consultation in the spring to replace the older equipment.
